A Federal style house built by Harlow Davis, a local carpenter/joiner.  Later occupied by Henry W. Sabin, whose stencil work graced many mid-19th century houses in the area.  At one time the house served as a dormitory for college students.  Next Stop: Crisp-Raymond House
